Provisionist Lab
Every ingredient has a purpose. Every technique has a reason.

We test everything before it earns a place on the table.

Nothing reaches the table until it's been through the lab — tried, adjusted, tried again. What you're seeing already earned its spot.

About the lab

We test it until it's worth your time.

Austin and Houston have been cooking together for over a decade — long enough that "let's just throw something together" has produced some of the best meals either of them has ever eaten. This isn't culinary school. It's two friends who never stopped chasing the next good bite, and finally decided to point a camera at it.

The standard. The hands.

Austin

Knows when something's off before he can explain why.

Houston

Knows exactly how to fix it, knife already moving.

Nothing gets served until both agree it's earned its spot.
